Be realistic in your setting your goals

Set your goals too high to achieve them

Be specific in the goals you choose

Set goals that are too vague

Learn to be organized in your thinking patterns

Make an effort to keep track of all of your achievements

Downplay your achievements, you are keeping yourself motivated

Share your achievements with those around you
